How do I upgrade my Account?
All Account Information and Upgrade options are available under My Account.

To Upgrade the Account:
Click on the My Account link.
Under My Account click on the UPGRADE ACCOUNT link.
Here Select the license level from the Subscription Level drop down menu.
Enter the Credit Card Details.
Click on the Save Billing Details for Processing button to upgrade the account.
My Credit card is not being accepted.
When you enter the Credit Card number make sure that you do not enter hyphens or spaces.
Make Sure the Credit Card is valid and the Expiry date is correct.
For Non US and Canadian Credit Cards please leave the Zip / Postal Code field blank.
How can I change the Credit Card on file for my account?
Under My Account click on the *Change* Link for Billing Credit Card and enter the Correct Details in the Popup.

Note: Only Valid/Authentic Credit Card details will be updated. When updating the Card please re-enter all the details.
How can I get an Invoice?
Every time your credit card is charged, you should receive a Billing Confirmation email at the account email address. To know more click on the Invoices/Receipts link below.
